CA Dheeraj Chawla is a Partner at Thanvi Chawla & Co LLP with over a decade of professional experience in audit, assurance, and regulatory advisory. He has previously been associated with Grant Thornton, one of the world’s leading professional services firms, where he worked on audit engagements for listed entities and large corporate clients.
During his tenure at Grant Thornton, he was involved in statutory audits, limited reviews, and certification assignments for some of the firm’s key clients. He has extensive experience in managing audits of complex organizations and ensuring compliance with Indian and international financial reporting standards.
He has also been part of international audit assignments, having travelled to London and South Africa, where he was responsible for overseeing audit work in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and global audit methodologies. His exposure to multinational engagements has equipped him with a strong understanding of governance, internal controls, and cross-border regulatory requirements.
